Richard Waring

Originally from London, Richard Waring has lived and worked in Lewes for over 30 years, bringing up his wonderful daughters here. He loves the town and believes in its future. He was elected onto the South Downs National Park Authority as one of two Parish representatives in East Sussex. This means that not only does he represent Lewes and the residents of Priory Ward, but he also supports any issues that East Sussex Parishes have with the National Park. As a member of the Park’s Planning Committee he has been able to take an active part in driving forward the North Street Development project as well as being able to have a say in the future developments in Lewes.
